★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. In the middle of a pandemic, the people at Buy N Sell Burlington are still working hard and treating customers with respect. Very trustworthy business, you can expect fair pricing whether you are buying or selling. Elias and his team took great care of me and I would recommend doing business with them! I found a rare and sought after product that they had listed online, upon calling to inquire, not only did they hold it for me at the agreed upon price, they rejected several other higher offers from other prospective buyers in the time it took me to drive from Toronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I’ve personally never really had great experiences here but this time was very different , I came in looking for the rocky balboa DVD to complete my collection in the series , which I was lucky enough to find ,I went over to the front and saw a gentleman who I believed was the other do owner who I had never met before. He was very helpful and personable , I told him that this the last one I need to complete my rocky collection. He went to cash me out , And when I went to pull out my debit card he told me “on the house man, enjoy your collection ”with a big smile on his face ,very thoughtful , and this made up for every negative experience I’ve heard there. Thank you so much for your kindness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for the better half of a decade and they’re now refusing to work out deals, maybe this was due to the fact I went on. A Saturday when I normally go on weekdays, it was a different employee than I regularly see, and he was extremely rude. Definitely won’t be coming back here on on a weekend ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, great staff, and a large variety of items. The guys who run it are happy to negotiate to make a deal. I don't know why people get upset when they don't pay much for items, it's a pawn shop, they need to make money too! Thanks buy and sell city, you have been a great help.
