★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did find two things I loved. But I brought in 3 brand new gorgeous dresses from Australia. They offered 12 bucks. I declined. The girl didn't even hang my stuff back on the hanger. The employees are a bit snobby too, do better next time guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE IT. This is THE BEST place to buy gently used clothes. I have bought Dynamite, Le Château, RW & Co, etc. for a FRACTION of the price as when you buy them brand new. The staff is super helpful and very patient when I stick around for a few hours trying on a mountain of clothes (I make sure to rehang everything, no need to give them a mountain of work!). I love having a place to go that makes me so happy and is so inviting to shop in. The staff always greets me, I'm always informed of any promotions or sales and any returns have been a breeze. Racks are full, but really well organized. You do have to check each item thoroughly yourself (makeup stains, small holes that went unnoticed, etc.) but if you're used to buying used that is no big deal. And if you used to shop at Plato's Closet but feel like you have aged out of their style of clothes, as I feel I mostly have at 27, this store will be your new playground! All of my favourite pieces in my current wardrobe have come from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the best shopping experience here. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure I find an outfit (or many). You will find MANY new with tag items for a fraction of the price. You will sell your fashionable items you no longer wear for cash on the spot. You will be addicted to this place! I’ve been to other Style Encore locations and this one is by far the best. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of shopping at Style Encore Burlington a few times now, and it has inspired me to write my first google review. WHAT A WONDERFUL STORE! The staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy. As a shopper, I feel like they want to help me find clothes that suit me and it's not about "making a sale". The selection is incredible and I have always found something wonderful. While the prices reflect the resale nature of the store, the ambience and selection rival the best department stores and boutiques. I always feel so amazing after a shop there, and receive so many compliments on my purchases. I highly recommend asking for a "styling" from one of the staff... they know what is in fashion and they individualize their advice to each shopper. This is now my go-to store.
