★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the shoes 5 months ago and been wearing it like 2-3 times a week and now I’m the rubber soles are damaged, the manufacturing date of the shoes is 2020 and the lady who answered my call said she might not be able to do anything with it if it has scratched.It is so frustrating buying a shoes that I thought of good quality and would last for years because my work requires a lot of walking but in 5 months the shoe soles are damaged. I am not happy and will not buy this brand again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pair of sketchers there yesterday and I have to tell you the customer service I received was top notch….I’m hoping I have the name of the young lady that helped me out I believe her name was Cynthia and forgive me if I don’t have that right..She went over and above her call of duty trying to help a senior citizen. I have problems with my feet and because I bought 5 to 7 km a day I needed a really good pair of supporting shoes. What I discovered about this particular outlet That they had Many different types of shoes to select from including A great selection of wide fitting shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Says factory outlet but the prices are higher than your regular Hudson’s Bay! There is some discount but no really good deals. The collection of shoes, however, is pretty extensive. So you have a lot of choices and all sorts of sizes.

I spoke to no one. I am just disappointed that most of the prices (if not all, coz I did not check them all of course) are same as on Skechers Canada website. No discount no sale.

She is very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions, she also walked around the whole store to show me which shoes were best for walking, running or just look good. I bought the shoes I wanted. It was so fun to shop there. Thank you so much Cynthia xo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location today with my mother to purchase some new shoes. We were greeted at the door and welcomed into a clean, spacious, and organized store. Victoria and Lily were absolutely wonderful! They both went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. They helped us find everything we needed with kindness and patience. We ended up purchasing several pairs of shoes and will be returning in the future. (I seriously cannot stress how awesome Victoria and Lily were. Sketchers should be very proud to have awesome people like them on their team! Thank you to Lily for all the product expertise and assistance, and to Victoria for stellar customer service & going out of the way to make our in-store experience great. It is people like you two that make the world a brighter place.)
