It would be awesome if they posted more items, as teasers, to their Facebook page. I often visit the store based on what I've seen on their Facebook page.

By the time your appointment comes around it several months later and what you were trying to sell is now out of season and they conveniently won't take it. I would shop elsewhere. Don't waste your time

I sent the owner a message on Instagram telling her I was coming today at lunch for a coat they had posted on Social media. As I walked in the store to get it, another woman picked up the coat, the owner looked at her friend and said “Someone is coming for that”, I then explained that the someone was me. The owner then sold the coat to her friend. I gave up my lunch break, drove all the way there, paid for parking to be treated so poorly. What a real lack of integrity. I have shopped at and consigned with this store since they were on Brant Street in Burlington, over a decade of loyalty. To try and cover up for herself the owner, Heather, began telling me a myriad of lies about all the interest they had on Facebook and Instagram regarding that particular coat. I reminded her that I had sent her a message on Instagram and that there were no other comments there, she then told me all the comments had been on Facebook. I checked face book and found the sole comment “beautiful coat”.
