★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE do something about those change rooms. I'm an average sized woman and felt claustrophobic in the tiny change room. They have only 2 hooks and no bench. How about an extra hook or place to put my own clothes while I try the others on? And why on earth do I have to exit the change room to look into a mirror? So ghetto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service at Suzy Shier Burloak Outlet mall in Oakville On. I bought clothes with over $200. I had to return one piece that was on original price. I went back to the store after one hour and I was told that I can only do exchange or get a store credit , no full refund to my debit card!! I was surprised, I explained that no one explained that to me when I bought them. The only thing was explained that I can get a refund if original price but the items with red stickers are final sale. I requested to speak to the manager. The manager ( Kaitlynn) was even worse and she was not helpful at all and very rude. She did not accept to return the item and said she can only do exchange. I would not mind this option if this was initially clarified to me. I am filing a complaint. I am NOT happy with their service at all.
