Being a wedding vendor myself, I know first-hand how professional, hardworking, and organized Krista is at all times, so it was a no brainer to have her help with every last detail on our day. When you hire Krista be prepared to feel relaxed and stress-free during the planning process and on the day of your celebration, because she has you covered. With years of experience and many many weddings under her belt, Krista is a pro at thinking on her feet and can creatively solve any problem that's thrown at her. We had a tented wedding on our private property and Krista took care of absolutely everything. Your DJ brings an intern without telling you? (It happened to us!) Krista finds them a place to sit and organizes a meal. Your dress breaks mid- evening? (This also happened!) Krista sews it up for you, no sweat. There were so many other things that happened on our day that we couldn't have done without you, Krista. You were such an integral part of our wedding and we will continue to recommend you to everyone we know! <3

Krista's design proposal was so helpful - after meeting with us to learn about our vision, she was easily able to take all our inspiration and ideas, infuse her own personal touches and help us to end up with a beautiful and cohesive design. It was beyond what we could've hoped for! Krista's vendor recommendations were excellent and her plans made communicating our look to others so much easier. Her own collection of rentals and suggestions on where to purchase other items made all the small touches easy.
Krista is very organized. Her planning spreadsheets keep everything in order, and she helped keep us on track throughout the planning process with regular reminders on outstanding tasks and vendor suggestions. Krista was always very quick to respond to questions via text, email or phone. She was great at listening to our suggestions, and either finding a way to make it work taking into consideration our space, budget and priorities, but also letting us know when something was unrealistic. The best part of working with Krista was that on our big day, we could just relax and know everything was in great hands with someone who knew the plans better than we did. Thanks to KJ and Co., we had an absolute blast and didn't worry about a thing.

Update 10/05/2021 - I signed up for Krista's Planning Group Coaching this year as we added on Event Management and Design for our floral clients. I have the experience, as does my associate planner, but we didn't quite know how to package it all up as we exclusively only offer this to our floral clients. Krista helped with so many aspects - pricing, the sales and planning process, social media strategies, and so much more. We now have the tools to confidently sell these additional services and clients starting booking our add on services while we were still doing coaching! I absolutely loved the format of this coaching with three other planners as well. Being able to connect, chat, and hear different ideas was very insightful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beginning planning our wedding, we were overwhelmed. There were so many details to consider, so many questions and so many things we did not want to over look. Our biggest concern leading up to the wedding was to enjoy the wedding planning process and create a day that reflected us and our relationship. The best advice I received from a friend was to hire someone to help us with all those pieces. Looking back at our wedding day, I am so grateful that I took that advice. The initial consultation call we had with Krista made me certain we needed her involved in our wedding. Krista’s attention to detail made sure that no stone was left unturned and in the end we had our dream wedding!
The best part of having Krista involved in our wedding was that she always advocated for us. Planning a wedding was uncharted territory for us, and in a lot of cases we did not know what to ask for or when to push back on something with our vendors. Krista always stepped up and advocated for us, asking the difficult questions and ensuring that we got the most from all our vendors and venue. This was so wonderful as it removed us having to have sometimes difficult conversations but also helped to make our wedding come together beautifully. Krista helped with more than logistics with our wedding. She had advice when dealing with difficult interpersonal situations that arose, she helped with our rehearsal ensuring everyone knew their role and she always ALWAYS but us at ease - and that should not be overlooked in the months, days and hours leading up to your wedding!
KJ and Co. helped us create our dream wedding and we can not express how thankful we are for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I used Krista for our wedding, and selected the partial planning package. When we first met Krista, we were a little unsure about using a wedding planner, as we were really just looking for some assistance with the design components. Eventually we decided to go with the partial planning package as we wanted to retain some control over the process. It turned out to be the best wedding-related decision we made. Very quickly we gave up on our plan to research our own vendors and hired Krista's suggested vendors, as they were always the best quality and great value. Krista's wedding planning tools made our life easy and gave us focus (which we desperately needed). She was always responsive and patient with our crazy ideas (and tactful in talking us out of the bad ones). In the end, I am not sure how we would have pulled it off without Krista. Our wedding was far more polished, stunning, and enjoyable for our guests than we ever could have managed on our own. As for us, we were able to actually enjoy the day knowing that Krista had everything under control. Thank you Krista!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before we hired Krista for month of coordination, we were both so stressed out and all over the place about the whole process. With being in the wedding industry ourselves, we had a full plate of taking care of our clients' wedding details. Krista gave us the confidence, reassurance and experience we needed and streamlined the whole process. She also brought things to our attention that we probably would have missed.
Krista was flexible and made it easy to communicate and stay on track with helpful google sheets, check in meetings and messages. We would 10000% recommend having a wedding planner, especially Krista. Having a wedding planner and day of coordinator took away any stress for the day of knowing that someone was our main point of contact making sure everything went smoothly.
She took care of hiccups that we didn't even realize - like getting the venue to switch out to a larger table to accommodate for a surprise guest that decided to show up. We also had a code phrase that was helpful and used at one point when something didn't go as planned.
Overall, our experience with KJ & Co was amazing and everything turned out better then we ever expected it to. Thank you so much Krista & Hillary for bossing us around and making our special day beyond perfect. xo Ashley + Tayne
