Only go here if you want to be ignored for 15 minutes. When I go in person they're extremely rude and take absolute ages to give you any time of day. When you try to call them to simply book an appointment, they put you on hold for at least 15-20 minutes, which is absolutely ridiculous. I am pregnant, I need to have appointments often, and they're usually on a time schedule and these people take so long to just simply book an appointment. It is absolutely embarrassing for the business. I have tried for 3 weeks now to book an appointment with them over the phone, and I GIVE UP. I will have to go in tonight and hopefully whoever is working knows how to do their job. Update: I went back that day and they had no receptionist. Just a sign saying "no receptionist on duty, the x-ray technologist is in the back and someone will be with you shortly." There was a good 10 people waiting, including myself. After 10minutes of no one being served, I left. I then called back at 7:30pm, was put on hold for 5 minutes, and then FINALLY got through to someone and made an appointment. I went in a few days later to simply ask if they offer 3D ultrasounds....the main receptionist lady (always there and super rude) said "Sweetie.... we don't offer that... go home and do your research first before asking us dumb questions" Never going to them again... Their rudeness is out of this world.

They always close before their actual closing hours. Been trying to book appointment (they need to see the paper) and tried to stop by 15 mins or so before closing few times (I work too you know). The door is locked, phone is not being answered. And today I tried to repeat save scenario and they all left the office 5 mins earlier. I don't think I'm being too much here. Of course they need to clean and finish operations but office hours are listed as such so one can expect to be able to speak to someone during that time. Listed work hours and their actual work hours can differ but not at the expense of patient time. Maybe boss is greedy and will not cover 15-30 mins of cleaning at the end of the day? Then change listed work hours to be 30 mins shorter. Disappointed. My own time also has value to be wasted standing by the closed door..

We were 5 mins late. They canceled our ultrasound. Wife is pregnant and has morning sickness. Zero people in waiting room think 5 mins late would of been fine. What do they expect every pregnant women to be on time! Also waiting room is disgusting, walls stained and vinyl glue and pealing. Been like this for years.

Refused care and was completely rude upon checking in and the receptionist …even though the doctor insisted that my daughter have an x-ray they wouldn’t do it until I got the doctor to insist! Not sure why these people work in the medical field if they don’t want to take care of people! Oh wait…a quick buck!!

I was here yesterday (May 19 2021) for my first ultrasound with my first child. They told me to arrive at 12:50 (10 mins prior to start time) in order to check in and register. I arrive right on time and the door is locked. Apparently that is their lunch hour - (So why would they ask me to come at that time?). So the receptionist came at 1pm and quickly mentioned something about a long starbucks line. She was nice, I understand but being pregnant with a full bladder is not fun. Then I go in for my ultrasound and I explain it is my first one, and when my due date is. For 10 excruciating minutes the tech says absolutely nothing to me. As a first time mom this is so worrying! Then she finally turns the screen so I can see the pictures and real time baby moving around. She explains nothing to me. My spouse isn't allowed to join so I ask if I can video the baby moving around and she said no. But then allowed me to take pictures of the screen. Thank goodness I did because they don't print any photos for you - "We don't have a printer" was all that was said. But for $5 I can order them online and wait a week for them to come in. It wasn't the worst experience ever but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.

Stay away from this place if you are pregnant and don't want unnecessary anxiety! Please read fully before going here, I know this will take time to read, but, I really want to help another pregnant couple make the right decision for themselves: My anatomy scan was scheduled here and I can't imagine what a horrible experience this place offered: 1. I reached, full bladder and pregnant, On time; they still made me wait 15mins before taking me in(NO REGARD FOR HOW HARD IT IS CONTROL FULL BLADDER WHEN PREGNANT) . Finally when the TECHNICIAN took me in, she LACKED BARE MINIMUM HUMANITY. I wasn't able to get up the flat lying bed(it was high for me and I am not very flexible due to pregnancy), she didn't bother to help/readjust the bed or help with a pillow and kept staring weirdly from a distance. 2. TECHNICIAN STAYS SILENT for the entire 55 mins session and at the end says we could not image major organs of baby so you need to come back and hurried me out with NO EXPLANATION. When I ask for a photo, "WE HAVE NO PRINTER". When I ask for baby's status; "TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR". 3. FRONT DESK (SUPER RUDE) tells me they can only call me back in 2 weeks. There is no other slot available. I requested for an earlier slot because of anxiety as I wasn't explained anything but, very rudely she denied. 4. I call in a week to tell them I want a bed that can be raised as I had backache lying flat on back for 55 mins last time. Front Desk tells me "yes, our beds can be adjusted, just tell your technician". When I go back - technician tells me it cannot. LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF. 5. They had given me a next appointment reminder paper which had specific time for appointment to come back in 2 weeks. When I call back on day of appointment to confirm, front desk tells me i have a DIFFERENT APPOINTMENT TIME THAN WHAT THEY INITIALLY WROTE. When I ask which one is correct, again, VERY RUDE FRONT DESK: "I do not know who gave you that paper, but, I am telling you the right time". These ladies LACK BASIC MANNERS AND TRAINING. (That paper was given by you/your staff, i didn't write it up). 5. Anyway, I go back to my appointment date (taken 15 mins late), technician "Lily" takes my follow-up ultrasound for 30 mins. I confirmed 2-3 times that have you done everything you need and she was very confident- "yes I did". Next morning, I get a call: "TECHNICIAN FORGOT TO TAKE IMAGES OF IMPORTANT BABY ORGAN, we need you to come back". I am so angry at this point, when I go back, technician is telling me "RADIOLOGIST DIDN'T PUT IN THE NOTES THAT I HAD TO TAKE IMAGES OF THAT BODY PART, SO I DIDN'T TAKE IT". Really! Then, I told her, I was already told last time that this was one of the organs whose image couldn't be taken in 1st attempt. Then she started apologizing. Basically, TECHNICIAN WAS TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH THE EXCUSE but, I caught her. 6. I paid 5$ transfer fee to Pocket Health where WH APPLEBY uploads the ultrasound images. When I login, only report is uploaded, NO IMAGES. Again I call Front desk to add the images. "DAISY" - SUPER RUDE - tells me she can't do anything, it is not their problem and I should call pocket health. I call pocket health and they tell me WH APPLEBY NEVER UPLOADED MY ULTRASOUND IMAGES. To help me, they resent the request to this location without charging me anything (thanks to pocket health!). 7. My family doctor and gynaecologist didn't receive the reports after 2 days. When I called the WH Appleby front desk again, AGAIN SUPER RUDE LADY tells me "I CANNOT DO ANYTHING, WE ALREADY SENT THE REPORT". I told her when did you send it because neither doctor received it. She said: "I DON'T KNOW WHEN THE REPORT WAS SENT". Then I asked her to send it again. Now all of a sudden, both my doctors and pocket health confirm that they got the report and images!!!! I hope this helps the next person who plans to visit them.

Called to get an urgent pelvic ultrasound due to my IUD causing me pain and heavy bleeding. I was told that my situation wasn’t actually urgent β€œ that’ it’s probably just that my strings are not too short”. Insanity! How can someone tell me my case isn’t urgent when I am in pain and heavily bleeding. I wanted to book here to get a piece of mind since I have a history of my IUD shifting. Couldn’t believe the receptionist. Usually this place is good and is filled with good doctors and staff but this person I spoke to was absurd. Please think before you speak!
