M	MissB 88 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at the front desk is super rude and needs to work on her people skills. I was super understanding of them being busy, and them not having my requisition yet. She said it can be emailed, then I called my doctor to have it emailed, doctor could only email it to me so I said okay. After I let her know it’s being emailed she snapped at me and said that I need to go find somewhere to print it and that they can all of a sudden only accept fax? Why even offer email then. Should have checked the reviews before wasting my time.

S	Stefan Doma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife Just had the worst experience with blood work it's took 3 technicians, and 4 needle prikes to draw her blood. The first lady hurt her so bad must've pinched a nerve then pricked her more then 3 times she asked her to stop As she has never been in so much pain having her blood draw before, she asked her if this was normal and she said yes. The final technican finally came to the conclusion that it was a faulty vile and that the vacuum wasn't working on it to draw the blood. What a terrible experience we will never go back.

The staff members there are very sweet, cheerful, positive, hard working and patient and you can feel that even through phone conversations. Thank you for all the efforts and support.
S	Sara A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this lab with an appointment to get blood work done. They lost half of my blood samples and I had to go back and get it done again. Then they didn't do all of the requested blood work on the form so I had to go back a third time. My doctors office told me Alpha labs is KNOWN to mess up! So why is this place open?! The staff is also rude. The only perk of this place is that they offer walk in. Other than that this place is a joke and someone should come in and reasses the practice.
