★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I visited Watermark for our date night and were quickly seated to our booth. Eileen was our server and we took her input on what to order.
I love my old fashioned, and they accommodated my request even though it wasn't on the menu.
The food overall was pretty good but I felt it was pricey. The California nachos was different than your regular bar nachos. They serve chicken, tomatoes and a white sauce on a fried wonton. It was delicious. The bacon wrapped scallops was just ok as the bacon completely overpowered the scallops.
The main course was eggplant parmesan for my partner and ribs & wings for me. Wings were very good, just the right amount of crisp and sauce. The ribs were tender and had a good bite. That being said, the sauce on the ribs was pretty sweet, it could have used some more heat and spice.
Overall, it was a good experience, and will be back at a future date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place so much that I took my parents here! The best wings I've had in Ontario! Worth it for wing Wednesday without a doubt! Great beer selection and customer service is on point! Music is the downfall for me... very loud on the patio and often a genre that puts people to sleep. Everything else is amazing though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our 1st time and definitely will not be our last. Caitlin, our server, was professional and personable. You could see her smile through her mask! Her positive attitude made our dining experience so much more enjoyable.
One in our twosome had the Chicken Slouvaki meal which was served hot and the portions were generous.
The other had the Wings Platter (honey garlic) , fries and their in house made maple bacon coleslaw.
We enjoyed coffee and caramel carrot cheesecake for dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is great, so many small areas for seating which is excellent for conversations. Large bar area, friendly staff, good menu with average prices. The food portions were good but the dessert tray was a little small, just lemon meringue and 2 chocolate options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ascetically the food looked delicious and the setting of the restaurant was also quite nice. The service there was also good, but the ribs themselves were quite stiff and rubbery, whilst the nachos were much to sweet, and the “fresh French fries” were floppy and unseasoned. Overall good place, the only problem is the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Meetup Group- Hamilton Foodies ate there this week. Everyone said the same thing- the food was great. Everyone had different selections from the menu so it was not a fluke of getting one right. Plenty of food, well plated and delicious. Desserts were great. Service was great and they were very helpful in co-ordinating for a large group- some restaurants are not. Definitely one to go back to.
