The staff was friendly, polite and it was clear she was passionate about flowers. I did a curbside pick-up the same day and the custom bouquets turned out beautiful. I will certainly be a returning customer!

My husband and I had a feeling she would be great when we first walked into her shop, and we couldn't have been more right. The flowers were very important to me and I was so incredibly happy with how beautiful her arrangements looked. Quan is truly an artist. Everything she put together fit in perfectly with the decor and she went above and beyond setting everything up for our wedding at the Hacienda Sarria in Kitchener. She really listened to us and brought forward ideas that really complemented our vision. We HIGHLY recommend Quan - she is such a talent and you would be so lucky to have her for your wedding!!

A	Amit Bumma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order Valentines day morning. Unfortunately, the package was not received. Granted I was lucky enough to even order the day of. I was told the package was delivered, upon further checking (doorbell cam) there was no delivery made that day. It was later discover that the flowers were back at the store because the driver was a little overwhelmed. After a discussion with the store, a full refund was given along with the flowers, free of charge. We all make mistakes and I’m sure a new process has been implemented, by the store, to ensure that communication remains constant between all parties involved. I am disappointed that nothing was received the day of only because the flowers needed to be delivered for reasons other than it being Valentine’s day. The staff was friendly and very cooperative and I would order from here again.

Shop had them ready in less than 20 minutes, even though I wasn't in a rush! Beautiful shop and wonderful customer service. Keep them in mind for your local floral needs!
