★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Wide variety of equipment and lots of room to work out. Great community and it really does look like people are there for change and results. Compared to your Goodlifes and LAfitnesses, theres a catered touch of success in your workout goals because of the atmosphere. Unlike other gyms, there's no discrimination or barriers because of personal choice. So kudos to the people running this establishment. We needed someone to open their arms to ALL CANADIANS. Recommended. 5.5+ stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym! Amazing staff, I'm always greeted with a smie going in and out, ran very professionally and tha gym is always super clean.
They absolutely have the best line up of equipment, large and spacious and well ventilated.
Gym membership is worth every penny! Highly recommended it!

Once you see this establishment from the equipment, layout, cleanliness, staff and just overall environment you will not be able to workout any where else. I highly recommend this gym- you will not regret it !

If you can afford it I highly recommend it. This facility and knowledgeable staff/trainers will take your health and physique to the next level.

No word of a lie, I've looked at job-postings in the area ever since so I have rationale to move and make it my primary gym.
Recommended without any hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best gym I have ever been to. Super nice staff, large facility and amazing training environment where everyone works hard. The machine selection is the best I have ever seen. They have machines for every muscle group that you don’t find at any other gym. As a relatively new lifter I’ve been able to yield a massive amount of hypertrophy with the least amount of energy exerted making it ideal for bodybuilding. If I had my own car I would definitely get a full time membership. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a member since before they had their grand opening and I’ve been in love since, the equipment is next level, you won’t find it anywhere else! The atmosphere is phenomenal and you rarely if ever have to wait for equipment. From accessories to machines to free weights they literally have everything plus more you could ever think of or want to use. The space alone is just mammoth, accommodating whoever throughout the pandemic which just makes me appreciate them even more. Super clean facility with great service (if you go later management gets back to emails quickly), all in all a fantastic place to reach your fitness goals
