★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought the commune e-bicycle and oh boy, just amazed with the performance, battery life and over all parts and features. I can comfortable travel everywhere around Vancouver, north Vancouver and back and still have battery left for a quick night ride.
This is perfect if you want improve your health, don't have a license and you want to travel around the city. I've gone from north Vancouver to Richmond with a single breath :)
Will update at 2,000 km when it's due for a check in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a steering wheel yesterday and a brake reservoir for an XMR, the Ukrainian gentleman (sorry forgot your name) helped me out to get the right parts for very affordable prices, also gave me some helpful tips on how to install them. Later that day, I called them during their business hours for some more advice on how to remove the grab handles from the steering wheel and step by step was explained over the phone in no time. Thank you guys, happy with my new parts and the bikes overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently finished the first 500 kms on my Super Soco TC. Thanks to the superb staff at Motorino Vancouver - Steve and Keti patiently led me through this great adventure on my first electric motorcycle. My first 77km trip from Horseshoe Bay to Maple Bay was soon followed by many trips to Salt Spring Island. Seeing greenery up close, hearing the birds sing and the breeze whisper as I quietly ride along. The staff here are courteous, thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly, were ready to answer all my questions and got me started on this new passion for green biking. I needed this, especially during this time.

The prices for service ate less and the staff is more knowledgeable and confident in their jobs.
Better selection of bikes and longer hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have two motorino electrics, one fold up bike and one moped, and they are both awesome. the staff has always been super helpful and very accomodating, they are also honest and up front with any repair cost quotes. warranty is up on both bikes and they are still in great shape and any non warranty repairs have been very reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost NEVER leave negative reviews. But buyers need to be aware. There is a sister company out of the same location: My Condo Gym. Not surprising when you look up the "negative reviews" for Motorino you seem the same pattern. In my opinion - a complete lack of integrity.
My experience with the physical location and the SAME owners. I was interested in a water rower listed on FB Marketplace. Both the owners represented that the sale would have a 30 day warranty and that the unit would connect to blue tooth. I could not get any connectivity and had problems from the start with the foot harness. One of the stirrups broke almost immediately. I left several messages on the phone number provided. None retuned. I finally showed up on person. One of the owners made a huge show of “looking for the spare parts” and blaming her husband ‘ co-owner for not returning the calls. She promised to call me the next day - instead she emailed and wanted ME to pay for the replacement parts. She claimed it wasn’t a warranty claim. She has been evasive to say the very least. While she has offered a refund - I only want what I paid for.
I strongly suggest you do not do business with these people. BBB claim filed and I’m going to Small Claims court! Can’t leave a zero or I would.
There are better vendors out there for electric bikes or exercise equipment. In my opinion - these people have ZERO integrity and should not be in business. I strongly suggest you review the "1 star" reviews on this site to get the idea.
