There was never any pressure or the "car salesman" tactics usually experience in car dealers. He was professional and respectable, never pushy and very patient with my many questions. He really made us feel like he was trying his best to find exactly what we wanted. Ken made a great effort on the financing side to find the right product for us and even managed to reduce the originally quoted %. We are extremely happy with the car and are looking forward to a long relationship with both the car and the BMW Nanaimo dealership.

I drove away is a great electric MINI Cooper SE in British racing green that is the best car I've ever owned. When I picked up the car the whole team was very welcoming, from Yaowen right to the manager of the dealership. Nice touch: they "gift wrapped" the new car for me which provided a dramatic reveal.
