★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say i was very apprehensive to get into another dealer vehicle with a payment. I felt like my van was great but also knew it seated 7 when I only need to accommodate 2-4. I filled out an online application and ended up being in contact with Chris. Chris actually saved me from a really bad deal. I could make a short story long just because I can, but I’m tired, I have an almost 2 year old that’s gonna be up at 05:00. What I want to say is. I am stoked about my vehicle and how stress free the process was. Thank you Chris. Thank you Nanaimo Mitsubishi. It was nice to meet you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave 10 stars I would. I’m from the Mainland but during my vehicle research I happened to call and speak to Richard at Nanaimo Mitsubishi. He was so engaging, happy to answer my many questions and made it so that it was worth it for me to buy from Nanaimo vs 25 minutes up the road. He even picked me up from the ferry! Richard, Matthew and the finance team really made my buying experience an amazing one. If you want to feel like a truly valued customer this is the dealership to work with! You won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was good, the attendant at the service desk was great, he explained what they were going to do for a service and why and also the price. The shuttle driver was professional and very courteous. Would’ve been 5 out of 5 if they had been able to also detail my car but the detail bay was unavailable… so they had to cancel my booked detail.

Jordan and Hermon were so pleasant to deal with and worked hard to find a vehicle and a price that worked for me. Kayla was quick at finding me a great finance rate and the service team had my car ready for pick super fast. The whole team is very approachable and professional and I would highly recommend anyone to them!

The staff is so kind and helpful. The salesman that I dealt with is amazing and I will be recommending him and this dealership to every person looking. Honestly best experience.
Also, I would like to add that the service department is incredible. They totally work with customers to meet their needs and are fast, knowledgeable and can be trusted.
