★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Coordinator was genuinely very positive and knew her role well. No problem arranging for a taxi including for next day too
. Anna my service coordinator aoologizes first off for not checking right away my driver assist warning yesterday, turns out the caution was normal. So today as I pick up my car Anna offers to go over some of the functions related to driver aqssist plus reconnects my cell phone which never worked since buying from Lone Star Mercedes Ben's. So all this and NC for service check and replacing fob batteries for both keys. I ? away extremley happy and all I could do was say thankyou so much and a virtual hug.

The service is top notch and these guys will look after you long after you buy the car from them. Thomas and John are just two examples of their amazing staff. As a business owner, I will recommend buying a car from these guys to anyone.

Even after my warranty expires, I’m sure that MB Nanaimo will be called upon if needed, because I am very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped in at almost no notice (a phone call before a ferry ride) due to a DEF fault warning on our Sprinter RV. They fit us into their busy schedule and went out of their way to keep us informed and help keep us on track to continue our holiday including going as far organising a rental car. We are not an existing customer but if we lived in Nanaimo we would become a customer rod their staff and service are always this good. Jennifer and Jordan were individually incredible and truly assets to the business. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got our 2019 Sprinter high roof 4x4 Dec 2019. Thanks kindly to Peter for his help and expertise. No idea why he’s no longer there.
Bought a 3 service package at that time. Went in for 1st scheduled service Nov 2021. Asked to check the brakes squeal and have the left front fog lamp replaced. Got the vehicle back and drove home -100km away. The fog lamp was not replaced, I bought one and did it myself. The front brakes squeal continually, nothing was done. Called service for another appointment and discussed the previous complaints. Was met with a 6 week wait for service on a problem previously neglected on a Brake problem! So am I not to drive for that period? MB Nanaimo has some serious catch up to do to continue our relationship.

The above review prompted a note from the owner and a call from the service dept the next day. I have an appointment for April 26 and will re visit this and advise of the outcome.

Had the vehicle in to the Nanaimo MB Shop April 26/22 for the above.
After initially slipping through the cracks, the service department really stepped up. They and the tech did a top notch job on repairs, informing me at each step of the work and bent over backwards to correct both the van and the customer service. With thanks I can say, keep up the good work you’ve shown me guys. Much appreciated.
