I recently stopped in to look at upgrading my Toyota Corolla and was pleasantly surprised at the awesome service I received from this dealership. Garrett Scott was professional, nice, polite and probably the most non pushy car salesman I have ever met. The whole team above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with my new 2019 Nissan Kicks, as well I was offered a great price for my trade in. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the whole process.
Not only do they have great coffee, They have continued their excellent service far beyond the sale of the car.

I had originally bought my LEAF in Victoria and had a couple issues with it after re-locating back to Nanaimo, but they were able to troubleshoot, itemize, explain and fix the problems promptly. Glad to have gone for the extended warranty and with their Roadside Assistance, it's super helpful.

Milan went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed and happy with my decisions and the process and she has reached out to me even after my purchase to see if I had any questions or concerns. If you're looking for a new vehicle I'd definitely recommend Milan at Nissan - trustworthy, honest, friendly and genuine....and the coffee is pretty good too!
