Lots of good quality used vehicles for the every day person who isn't looking to get into a $30 000+ vehicle debt. Adam was so accommodating when we showed up in the pitch black pouring rain to check out a car. He happily moved a couple cars around the lot so we could take mine for a test drive. He let me and my husband have some time to look over the car at our leisure and was very honest about the state of the vehicle. I walked away feeling very pleased and confident with my purchase. His partner in the office was also very nice. Adam was even honest enough to tell me to private sell my previous vehicle because he wouldn't be able to give me as much on a trade in as I would by selling it on my own. Overall, 2 genuine guys running a very good local Nanaimo business!

In fact, I mentioned I would be looking for a newer SUV or truck in the future to Adam, and he kept me posted to arrivals that might suit me.Well the future's arrived and after almost 2 years I decided to update my ride and Adam once again provided excellent service! He was very friendly and helpful. But i was dealing with Paul most of the time. Everything went very smooth. The Car was wrapped at the time of purchase. Paul told me once i get tired of the wrap i can take it off and the paint underneath the wrap is in perfect shape. It is FAR from perfect. The car needed to have surface rust repair done before it could be wrapped and it was fixed properly but was left in Primer since it was getting wrapped. Other parts of the paint needed to be sanded down since the paint was in such bad shape and the wrap wouldn't hold otherwise. I talked to Paul about this once i discovered this but he got mad at me and tried blaming everyone else for his dishonesty. Other than the paint i do like the car but wasn't expecting to spend another 3-5k on a paint job.

They guys here are both very personable, understanding, incredibly easy to talk to and very obviously car guys. Ones who really know their stuff. Adam in particular was very understanding and patient as my partner was securing bank financing that was admittedly taking longer than expected. They had no problem holding the car he wanted to buy until the loan could be funded. Adam was also incredibly fair when pricing our BMW Z3 that my partner traded in on the car we purchased. We had visited a couple other dealerships and had been quoted thousands less for our trade in than what Adam ended up offering. These guys can see a car beyond the surface. They understand their cars, their history and their stories. This purchase wasn't just transactional, it was an experience, a story that adds sentimental value to the purchase of a vehicle. Anyway, I've waxed poetic for far to long, in summary, this is a great dealership with quality cars sold by two gents that are awesome to deal with, no pressure and who are passionate about their cars and the people who buy them. I'll be checking their inventory from time to time to see what catches the interest next!
