I went to Rock City Cycles the next day and was met with the friendliest and most helpful staff! They provided me with everything I would need, and answered all of my questions. I was so happy with my service and will definitely be back for more parts, questions, and shopping in the future!

I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve come in with an “urgent” repair and the staff has gone to great lengths to get things fixed and get rolling again… parts and time are both in short supply. Since 2012 I've had my Bikes serviced by Rock City Cycle. With the great location, expert staff, best in class products in all cycling jondras. You must come check out all the new awesome bikes! Along with a "State- of-the-Art service department" Rock City Cycle has everything needed. With this years tuneup had both front and rear Fox 34 shocks rebuild on my TREK and I couldn't be happier! These guys ROCK! I fully trust the professional workmanship and excellent prices they offer. That's why I keep coming back... year after year. Looking forward to a great season!! Bought it online from Rock City Cycles and they met me at the Nanaimo ferry terminal - super good service! I talked to a few different people and everyone was really friendly and helpful answering all my questions.

Started to look around on the internet, found Rock City Cycles had the bike in stock. Asked them if they could ship the bike, awnsered me very fast, had good communication with them via email. Transaction was complete the same day, the guys called me to confirm everything and there we go one week later the bike is here. Crazy good service Thanks Guys Ride on from Quebec Cheers Philippe

Overall could have been handled better (ex. staff member asking for help rather than repeating the same thing), however everyone makes mistakes and they took steps to correct this. Terrible customer service. Ordered a Wheels Manufacturing bottom bracket online, and today it broke. I called the store and was told "bottom brackets do not have any warranty" before I had even told them what had broken, and what brand it was. When I tried to tell them that Wheels MFG have a lifetime warranty I was met with silence, and told again that bottom brackets do not have any warranty. I initially purchased from them to be able to have the support of a local shop, and to be able to avoid having to deal directly with the manufacturer in the United States. I would have appreciated their support in sorting this out.
