★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today to see if I could possibly warranty a pair of Merell Moab II Ventilators that had the sole de-laminating from the upper. Becky was the first person that I saw and from start to finish, she was just AWESOME! She had a look at my shoes and said it was a warranty issue and got me a new pair. The process was hassle free, and the experience was incredible. I wish all stores had a Becky!!!

There was a gentleman who helped me find my shoes who was dealing with three or four other people along with me and I wear size 11 or 12 in women's so he pointed me to a very lovely pair of men's that fit quite comfortably and between him and my sister I had the best experience at any store ever. and after he finished helping me I was the last person he was dealing with, he actually thanked me for being such a nice customer and said it that it was refreshing working with someone so sweet it made my day. So amosphere worker guy thank you for thanking me you made my experience so much better that I actually will be coming back soon to buy more gym stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rep who helped me today (says Kira on the receipt), was very very patient, knowledgable, pleasant and personable while helping me find the right shoes for my difficult feet. Both Kira and another rep came to help me from other sections of the store because the shoe rep was busy. The store also has a good set up for social distancing and sanitation (hand sanitizer everywhere, awesome!). Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, let alone GREAT customer service is tough to find these days. Well these guys over at the is location have it covered and exceed it! Connor (manager) really turned my frown upside and down today. He was able to go above and beyond the normal call of service. Very rarely does this happen. Most don't even venture "outside the box" to solve a customers problem.
Kudos to you Connor (hope that is the spelling). Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the best sports store on the planet! I have shopped many times at this location. I have to go back because I have never had a bad experience. It's obvious all the staff like their jobs, know the products and know where to get it if they don't have it. What more would anyone want? GO THERE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel in the Nanaimo store Just Rocks!!! Struggled just before Christmas to get a particular size & colour Woods vest for my wife. Rachel had no fear of global supply chain issues and is working, as I write, checking out other stores. Not sure how things will turnout but there was no shortage of effort in her part What a refreshing level of service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a computer error occur with an order I placed in store on boxing day which resulted in my order being lost. After calling the general customer service number with no help I ended up calling the store. I wish I got the name of the guy I spoke to as he was very helpful, very kind and understanding. He helped me track down the issue that occurred and was able to get my order back on track right away. He was extremely easy to communicate with and I was extremely impressed with the customer service. He also said he would personally keep my order number and keep an eye on it and to connect back if I had any issues moving forward. Many thanks for organizing my order issue with such positivity - it made a potentially frustrating situation very easy to manage which I appreciated a lot. Above and beyond service :)
