I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I had a protection plan on my old galaxy s8. I was told in store that the contract was a 2 year contract and I would get charged monthly. For the past 5-6 months I was still getting charged monthly even though I haven't had the phone for months and when I looked on my geeksquad account 5 or 6 months ago the plan was no longer showing up on the account so I assumed it had run out as I was told it was a 2 year plan. I received and email from them saying I owed money and I assumed it was for the plan on my lap top so I paid it and then called them. They told me that the phone plan was 3 years and thats why I was still getting charged. I explained to them that I was told it was only a 2 year plan and there wasn't anything indicating otherwise and all I got was attitude, scoffing, and raised voices and them blaming me. I asked why if it was still active that I couldn't see it on my geeksquad account and they said the contract was split into 2 separate contracts. 1 for the first 2 years and 1 for the third year that you had to apparently reput into your account to be able to see it. I asked why that was and no where on my receipt did it say that and he just kept repeating what I had said and wouldn't give me a straight answer as to why. Its nothing but a disgusting money grab and I have never talked to a supervisor that was so disrespectful as the one I talked to today at geeksquad. He yelled at me and continued to cut me off and had extreme attitude the entire time and kept making remarks when I was trying to understand and I found i had to raise my voice as well to finish asking my question because he kept interrupting me while I was talking. Its a horrible company and I wouldn't recommend it to even my worse enemy. The customer service is disgusting and disrespectful and I will never associate with these people again.

I had to visit Geek squad today with a "ghost screen," on my laptop, I am 77 and in a bit of a state. . I received SUPERB service from a gentleman in Geek squad whose name I am sorry I have forgotten but it started with H and Bryan on Customer Service.
