★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my phone more than a month ago with onboard issues from water damage, they said they had to send it away to Vancouver for soldering work, long story short the device got lost in the mail in transit and wasn't located until recently, a frustrating experience for me and them not knowing where it was. They were gracious enough to offer me a credit on a account for my next repair just to make up for the time lost waiting for the repair. My device was in turn not repairable anyway as it was too far gone. I really appreciated them going above and beyond with their service and they didn't charge me anything for shipping or labor to look at the device and on top of it all a credit towards my next repair, that was amazing! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for repair. Called the store to confirm but got message saying busy “fixing phones”. Drove 40 minutes to store to find a note on the door saying closed “due to conflict”.
Clearly you don’t care about your customers otherwise you would have texted/phoned/emailed/ changed your phone message or changed your website to show not open. Website still accepting appointments hours after midday closure. Service in the past was good. Some basic consideration would have been nice.

They were very friendly over phone and gave me assurance that it would be fine so when I went to their shop, the service was over within 5 mins and because it wasn’t very technical they didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciated their time and they came across like genuine business. I am definitely their customer for life. Thank you soo much.
