★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking Cannabis or Cannabis related products. Very uneducated in the industry with little to no personal skills. The employees were rude calling me pet names and made me feel really uncomfortable like I didn't know what I was talking about. Then when I explained that I had come in for years and had experience in the industry there attitude changed trying to sell me the most expensive products without any knowledge of why someone should be paying premium price for high quality products. After explaining I didn't bring my glasses in and had trouble reading the the contents on the label I was assured that this premium 60 dollar concentrate was good, and it turned out to be primarily a CBD product for elderly people or people with severe pain. After calling back and seeing what they could do I was told she was the Supervisor and she can't be expected to help customers know the products. Very unimpressed and would not recommend waisting your time here there are plenty of ships on the island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I went, they went out of their way to help me fix an issue I had, it was remarkable, the customer service is truly next level, and the quality of what you are getting is amazing too, lots of top shelf options to cheaper options that are still an amazing deals! The staff are the best, and the always make me feel welcomed to the store and are excited to share their knowledge about the product your getting, Mood will be the only place I'll be going for now on
