★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is absolutely packed with treasures. I specifically looked at home decor, gifts, and jewellery and I could look at the same shelf 3 times and notice something different each time. There are hand-made things and well-curated imports. I usually see Keeping Afloat at the Filberg Festival, but they have some of their products here! I'm from out of town, so I couldn't get much, but I bought a spray bottle of hand sanitizer made in AB. My mom bought a cloth mask, and my sister bought a mug. They were friendly, they had pandemic measures in place, and politely approached me to request I give another customer more space (it was my sister, and we all had a good laugh).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful store! I was looking at local jewelry today so I just skimmed past the clothing. There was a nice selection though. The jewelry is very modern and lovely. A good mix of metals and colors.
The home decor section was great! Such variety and beautifully hand made items. I liked the selection of coffee and tea items - one was a tea cup that had a small ceramic pocket on the side to hold the tea bag! I also saw a lovely sea-urchin inspired cream and sugar set. A printed spoon that read "decaf is for sissies" made me laugh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite stores to wander and look at all the treasures. They staff is always welcoming and has a great community feel.
I wish there was more plus size options for clothing but that may just be a supplier thing.
Judy is fantastic and always makes our daughter feel like they are best friends. She has gone above and beyond in showing genuine excitement and interest when we stop by.
Definitely a shop all our pre-covid visitors loved to stop at!

I purchased a raincoat that was not quite 100% waterproof as stated by the manufacturer.
In addition to an exchange, Islandish also sent me (gratis) a lightweight raincoat for the rainy season in Mexico, where I’m heading for retirement. Great store, great service!
