★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on the hunt for a new company van, I had been to several dealerships without any luck.
I stopped in at Nanaimo Chrysler and met Craig.
He was beyond wonderful and within a few minutes I was sitting comfortably at his desk.
He asked me many questions and than he brought out the perfect van for my business and we took it for a test drive. Long story short, I have my new company van and I couldn’t be happier.
I tell everyone about Craig and I highly recommend him. I will be needing to purchase another company vehicle in the coming months and I will be going right to Craig for that purchase and any and all future purchases.

Grahame was amazing and searched all over to find my perfect jeep! Chris was super great at all financing and I drove from the lower mainland to buy my jeep as I am so dissatisfied with the Chrysler dealerships near me. I will recommend to anyone that needs a new car!

Strongly recommend working with him :) Couldn't have asked or wished for a better experience with a dealership. Everyone was so kind and Jacob is extremely reassuring and helped calm all nerves and answered any questions we had really well. Just an absolute wonderful experience here :)

Carla was super helpful and down to earth and answered any questions I had about the vehicle and the features. I did everything remotely from Vancouver so it was a very in and out experience with as little down time as possible. Everyone we dealt with from sales, financing and insurance was competent and professional. Most importantly I am loving my new car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience here at Nanaimo Chrysler. We have been with this dealership for two years, on recommendation from our neighbour who worked there. Though they no longer work for this dealership, the sales person we originally worked with was truly a family person. We were a little nervous going back, as we did not know how we would be treated this time for a trade-in that was vital for our families needs. Not only were they respectful, they were non-judgmental, kind, caring, funny and clever. Shane was a great support for all of our needs. Fair pricing and worked very hard with Chris to get us the best interest rate. They not only honoured our warranty with our previous vehicle, but did not try to put us in a vehicle we did not want. We essentially met the entire team, Nate the manager, Andreas another sales team member and Nicole the Insurance specialist. We lamented about the vibe change over the years. We appreciated the experience, we loved the respectful conversations, the wit, and deep care Shane and the team put in for us. Discrimination is something we often face, and we were treated with the utmost tact and class. We appreciate this moving forward in our professional fields as writers, artists, and academics. We feel treated very good with our vehicle choice, and are confident of the fit for our growing family. Great job Shane! Thank you so much to your team.
