Today I write to let you know how happy I am, now several months later, that my car is performing better now than it did 10 years ago. I hope this does not Jinx my car but thank you Dennis and your team for the excellent repair. My brakes have since been repaired/replaced by you and are as good as new. Thanks Graeme and Jenny
L	Lindsay Hines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my SUV here for an out of province inspection and was told it needed $2000 worth of work. I shopped around for a cheaper price and found a place that would fix it for $1400. Denis acted astonished when I told him I found somewhere cheaper. I was told it needed breaks, which it did, and there was something wrong with my emergency break. When I took it to the cheaper place to get fixed they told me nothing was wrong with my emergency break. So I called Denis back he was very condescending over the phone and told me that’s why it was going to be cheaper at the other place because they didn’t fix everything. So I took it back to the cheaper place to have it looked at again and get my oil changed while it was there. They went over it with a fine tooth comb and assured me nothing was wrong with my emergency break and gave me my oil change for free because they felt bad I had to bring it back. I then took my car to another place to have it inspected and it passed no problem. Not only did Denis not give me any options for cheaper parts but told me something needed to be fix that absolutely (after two different people looking at it) didn’t. As another persons review said I think Denis would be better suited for the used car sales business. Beware! 1/10 would not recommend!

They decided to NOT do the (overdue!) oil change, without even asking me. Good thing I called ahead the next day when I hadn't heard from them, before leaving to pick up my vehicle!! After all this, they did have it ready to go.

Having a place where I can go and take my car, where I feel like I'm given the information I need, treated kindly and fairly, given great service in wonderful time, at what I consider to be very reasonable, fair prices, is such a relief. It's one less thing I have to worry about because if my car acts up, I know where to take it, I know that the fine folks at Budget will take care of me and my car. I don't feel overwhelmed or intimidated by information I don't understand, or like I'm facing disaster over every little issue. It's a load off my mind knowing my car is in capable hands, and the staff is engaging and friendly too which is extra-nice. Of course I hope not to have car issues often, but at least I know where to go when I do.

That along with positive, happy, and friendly service like that which I received, it is always a great experience to deal with Dennis and his staff. Definitely quality you can trust !
