★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is NOT what they do here. Left my car with them for 10 days. Was in to investigate why charger almost caught fire, detail, and wiper blade replacement.
When I arrived back in town car had not been detailed, blades not replaced, car wasn't even charged. Audi made me buy a new cord to replace the melted one. Dealership did nothing to fight for me. Audi has now released a recall notice on the charger. Audi Nanaimo still will not fight for the replacement cord. Service department is HORRIFIC !

The Service team Chris and Alexa are always helpful when its time for my servicing needs, and Sheldon in parts helped me get new tires for my unit as well.

I put a deposit down on the vehicle, with a delivery of 6 to 8 months. Denis kept me informed throughout the extended lead time, and was able to deliver on time, in pristine condition and with delightful ceremony, and presented my new car to me. Kim in finance was awesome to work with, as was all the staff at the dealership. I highly recommend Audi Nanaimo as a preferential choice to purchase a car through.
