Lisa was so kind and helpful through all the financing and paperwork, and Seth made sure we were set up, comfortable, and ready to make the trip back up island. He was very patient with a barrage of questions. His knowledge of the Forester model was impressive and his presentation of the features was very detailed and indicative of his enthusiasm for the car and the Subaru brand. After purchasing the car, Seth Gallant spent well over an hour demonstrating all the buttons, functions etc. He was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough, including pairing phones to the infotainment system. I found the pricing straight forward and clear, with low dealer fees and no sales pressure. Everyone was friendly and interested in ensuring I had the best possible experience.
