I drove to the dealership that night, Ryan inspected my car (which took all of 5 minutes) & they wrote me up an offer I couldn't refuse. I had a cheque in hand the next morning. I explained my entire situation to him, which was somewhat peculiar and he did everything in his power to get me into a car I am happy with. I ended up driving home in a nearly brand new Mazda 3 Sport the next day, which I love! Everyone I talked to at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Brent in the finance department went well out of his way to get me approved for a new whip. He managed to get me a great deal with much better interest than I ever would have expected and explained all the details of financing and why the banks make the decisions they do. I had an old car, which I was upgrading from and nobody at the deal tried to pressure me into a trade in. I am happy with my car and the service at Harris Mazda was superb. Winter was not pushy and he and Brent made sure I got a car I am happy with. I understand why the place was so busy when I went in, if you are going to put your trust into a car dealer, this is the one I suggest.
