Til;dr if you need any help from employees, don’t ask. Ask the customers because the employees are too busy. They’ll call the police for 10 minutes instead of help you:) Today, we came in to get our tires filled. When we were filling the two tires on the left side the air pump was out of air I suppose and was not filling the tire and instead the tires were getting flatter. We asked for help many times but to no avail. One employee was supposedly working at the petrol section. He watched us struggle with our tires. When we questions why no one was coming out to help us, they told us they were busy. They escalated our encounter because I was basically begging them to just come out for one minute and see what was wrong. At this point I’m crying because now the cashier threatened to call the police because we were asking the for help. They had the time to call the police, but not help us even for 1 minute. Mind you, the encounter was getting escalated at that point but I was not yelling or swearing.. all I wanted was someone to help me use the machine. I said please 3 times but the cashier kept telling me that they were about to call the police. They made me feel humiliated in front of customers because I was asking them to help me. The air pump is owned by co-op, yet their employees refused to help use the machine. If you absolutely won’t help paying customers use your machine, then please place a sign on the machine. Their justification was that the pump was self serve. There are no signs, and we needed help because our tires were falling flat, not because we need someone to come inflate them. We had already done that prior to the two tires on the right side of the car. They claimed that they were “too” busy to help yet an employee was finished cleaning the pump and the other watched us struggle and also was angry that I was asking for help when he came inside. He argued he was too busy to help because he’s already helping someone else. Yet, he had the time to argue with me. He could’ve have replied saying “I can help you with that, let me finish up with this customer and see what’s wrong” Luckily, a customer inside who was watching us ask the cashier for someone to help with the pump came out of her way to help us. Thank god for her because our tires were completely flat and we wouldn’t be able to go anywhere if it weren’t for her. I want to thank he because if it wasn’t for her the employees would have called the police. She came out to help us at 3:16 and finished at 3:17. Turns out the pump was out of air so I had to pay again for the pump to work. So problem solved If I get a reply from co-op justifying the employees actions, great. That’s an awesome business model. Don’t wanna help a customer? Call the police! I would have understood if they had said that if I was being rude or swearing or yelling, but I wasn’t. I was tearing up when they said they were going to call the police when I repeatedly just begged them to come help for only 1 minute. I even told them it would only take 1 minute just please help.

These reviews are bogus. The girl who helped me ten minutes ago with the long brown hair was and is the best everytime i go in there. So friendly, so helpful and deserves all the praise. Keep doing you!! We will always come back!

Never really get okay customer service. I don’t look for huge customer service from a gas station but if you are too busy to help customers? Maybe get out of customer service.

Gas is too expensive to visit often. Why is diesel more expensive than gas?
