They really have everything, and everything is education oriented, so you won't find any Marvel or Transformers toys here, which is a nice change. You will find everything from toys and puzzles to robots and books, and everything you need for making crafts, or even setting up a classroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent store to shop in for quality toys and educational tools and toys for all children. They have some really cool musical instruments too! For the price of the gift bag I bought ($2.50) Brenda professionally packed it all for me as well, tissue paper and ribbon too. There is also a points/rewards program. Thanks again Kool & Child!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff here are really friendly and appreciative. Also, this store is HUGE! I never realized how much stuff is in here until I went in. This store and the one in Country Club is definitely the best of kid's stores. REALLY EXPENSIVE THOUGH. :( I got two small finger puppets made in Vietnam and was charged $30!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped here during Christmas season for years, all my family does too. I try to support local and even though this store is more expensive than anywhere else, I would rather support local.
My son was excited to go and pick out a toy, I told him he can pick out whatever one he wanted as it is his birthday tomorrow. My son is mask exempt and has been for the last year, additionally he's mask exempt at school.
Not ONCE have I entered a store nor have I had anyone say anything. He is 5 years old.
Today we entered and a woman came out of the office and asked how old he was, to which I replied 5. She asked if I needed a mask for him to which I replied saying he's exempt. You then stared at me saying nothing other than "Its illegal".. You may want to brush up on the exemption rules considering you are running a CHILDRENS store and there are plenty of children exempt.
I'll add there was one other customer in the store, its not like it was full of people and over crowded.
Nevertheless you lost a sale and a customer. I hope you treat the next "maskless" kid with some compassion.

Toys are quality and educational. Impossible to walk out empty handed. My friend and I had a hard time wanting to leave because we had so much fun looking at everything. It was nostalgic seeing toys we used to play with.
Sure prices are expensive but that’s life right now.
I’d much rather pay their price tag for quality and different toys then Toys R Us.
Loved hearing the story of how the toy stores name came to play. Support Local ❤️
