I called reception back to escalate to the service manager, and he didn't bother to return my call either. Went elsewhere and received great service. Obviously, Laird doesn't care about new customers.

Steve explained all the options of the XT5 and set up the features for us, we really appreciated the time he spent with us. It was a great experience and we highly recommend Steve if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

He answered all our questions with no hesitation. I reached out again very recently and he has been on it around the clock to help me find a new car to call my own. Even with all the crazy challenges in the way, he has been on everything! Can’t wait to purchase another vehicle from him! As I don't live local, they advised getting a local shop to put a code reader on it. After 8 months of back and forth, and trying to get them to own up to having sold a defective vehicle, my local dealership fixed the issue. I will be out of pocket for just shy of $2000 worth of repair costs on a vehicle for a worn wiring harness that was worn when they sold it to me. I have filed a complaint with the VSA, and would advise people to shop elsewhere. I WANT to love this truck, but I just can't trust it, thanks to them.

Steven at Laird Wheaton listened to exactly what we wanted…and never once tried to push us to anything else. Because of that we felt heard, but also relaxed and un-pressured into anything. This made the transition into a sale smooth and problem free. Once we settled on a car and completed the purchase we were handed over the keys to a clean and freshly fueled vehicle.
