Only doctor I've ever seen that spent time asking questions and actually caring what was going on with my body. Hard to find good customer service and doctors that care and want to help. Dr Kelly is awesome

worst experience ever. I had a over the phone appointment. the lady over the phone has a very poor attitude, she kept asking me the same simple questions over and over again, move on to another question then go back to the same question again. every time she asked me why I needed an appointment and I would start to tell her then she would cut me off. put me on hold for no reason then finally, NEVER SENT OUT MY PRESCRIPTION!!!!! been waiting at home all day to get my prescription while my entire eye is completely swollen and they did NOTHING

After leaving a poor review not 3 weeks ago, I decided to delete it after being followed up with with the owner over the phone and coming to a solution I was happy with, and here we are again. Was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Kelly who gave me the run around on the phone yesterday and told me to come in at 9:30. Today I called to ask to change it to a phone appointment and email pictures of the problem as i would no longer be able to make it. Turns out it was never booked and I was treated so poorly by the receptionist. It’s almost like it’s a job requirement to be rude because every receptionist that ever answers the phone has a chip on their shoulder. Last time i’m ever going here. Find another place that treats you well and listens to your problems, you deserve it. They should all be embarrassed of themselves.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes for the clinic to open, the clinic finally opened 15 minutes late. I was 1st in line and was told there were no appointments available until next week. Iadvised the receptionist that perhaps she should put a sign on the door that they were fully booked. The day before I arrived at the clinic at 1:30 and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and the receptionist came out to advise there were no doctors on the premises.

I tried to make a follow up appointment one month after getting my biopsy done. I have called so many times for days, but no one answered the phone!! Even I have left voice message, no one replied me. I have to go back to the hospital to apply my report, check me result on my own! The precious appointment was for arranging the exam and a follow up echo, I called the ultrasound centre today, they said the doctor hasn’t send my request yet… i know the doctors and staffs are busy, but who will monitor the process ? The quality?

I called to make an appointment as I needed a doctors note for travel purposes. I have gone to this clinic once before and was happy with the service so thought I'd give it another go. The receptionist on the phone was one of the more rude customer service people I've encountered in years. She was eating while talking and was not helpful, just said No. I asked why not and she said the doctor will not write you a note, no, and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. The doctors at this office should be embarrassed to have that as there first point of contact for patients.

A few years back I Would have told you that this is the best walk-in clinic I have been to to date.I felt like the office was efficient and Dr Kelly took very good care of me and actually cared. I understand a lot of things have gone down in the pandemic i.e. customer service wait times etc. I have completely boycotted this office due to the fact that the receptionist, which I have noticed said a few people have already commented on, is extremely rude incompetent and talks over you. It’s really unfortunate especially considering there are no family doctors in the lower mainland available for people.

I made an appointment with Dr. Wong and arrived on time, yet waited for over 45 minutes in the waiting room and when I was finally admitted I found out Dr. Wong was no longer available and instead got Dr. Kelly. I understand medical emergencies can happen, but after taking time out of my day, this was very frustrating as I specifically needed Dr. Wong to treat me for something. I asked Dr. Kelly if I could get a requisition form to get my iron levels checked and he went on a long, erratic tangent about the pandemic and how what I'm experiencing is simply "pandemic fatigue" (when in fact I've been borderline anemic, so I know the difference) and told me I was not able to get blood tests for at least 3 months because they were prioritizing other patients over me. So, I left the clinic with nothing accomplished. And, turns out Dr. Kelly lied because I went to another clinic to get a requisition form and guess what? No problems, and this "3 month rule" of waiting was simply a lie. I hope he isn't denying other patients important blood tests because his negligence could cause some serious problems. On top of it all, the way he was speaking to me was extremely rushed, unfocused, and as if he was just trying to get me out the door as soon as possible. I deal with anxiety, and listening to this man speak made me feel extremely uneasy and anxious. Stay far away from Dr. Kelly if you value your health. Also, the receptionist is a liar because when I asked her when I could make another appointment with Dr. Wong she said I had to wait over a week. When I asked her if there was any earlier, she changed her mind and gave me an earlier date. My mom even called again, and turns I could make an appointment in 2 days! What incompetence. STAY AWAY.
