after 6 consecutive days of saying they will come to deliver and install my equipment and never calling to say they won't be able to. i had to call them every day to ask for them to show up. they would give me a time frame and then they would never show or call. heartless company. making me stay locked in my home for 6 days. while i can't function well due to not having my needed equipment

I met both Lindsay and Sara for a consultation on my CPAP purchase and they both went a long way to making me feel relaxed and comfortable with everything; not easy considering my anxiety regarding my health issues. Service is super important when it comes to health services and I certainly appreciated it.

I was asked to wait until 12midnight for the delivery of oxygen for my 3 year old son. I told them already that bed time is at 9pm at the latest and the person on the phone said he can't do anything. I was told I have no choice but to wait. They knew on the file that the oxygen was for a child who has severe sleep apnea. I told them to deliver after 6pm since I'm working until 5.30pm but common sense, a child will not stay awake until midnight. This is not the first time it happened to us. Some of their cylinders are even loose, air coming out from the regulator. I don't recommend at all. If you can find another vendor, please do so. I will talk to my Respirolgy doctor to get a referral to another vendor. They can't even answer me, like how many drivers are covering the whole city. Maybe one, that's why I was asked to wait until midnight. Heartless people!! Unbelievable!!

Horrible customer service waited over a month for my mask and hose before I received them Called them never returned my calls promptly. Very unorganized Left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing .Over priced cost of a mask and hose was close to $300. Went on Amazon 60 bucks for hose and 80 for the same mask You just lost a customer Shame on you for marking up your prices so High. Never again will you get a dime out of me. Would have given them ZERO STARS if it was possible.

Excellent service and support. But more than that, I was treated with great care, consideration and concern. Such a rare experience to be served by someone with your needs in mind (versus some corporate agenda). Special thanks to Zena Khalil who offered solutions beyond her job description, for which I am most grateful. Thanks also to Simone Yap, who also stands above all in customer service and kindness. Pay them lots, Medigas. Keep them happy.

VHA nurse recommended a thirty day free trial of a wheelchair and tub handle that Medigas supplies with the option of buying or returning after thirty days When i showed wheelchair to my mom one hour after delivery we noticed a stain on the seat that was off-putting and disgusting at the least called Medigas to have them picked up they said they could not pick up without a pickup request from VHA patient services and that all there product are sanitized before they are sent to customer the stain is proof of the job there sanitizing department does Why would i want a used stained wheelchair that i have the option of buying at new prices after 30 days that was used in the first place This has discouraged a 85 year old Parkinson patient from accepting nursing help from anyone outside of the Hospital all the while these private companies charge the taxpayer for services this is one big waste of time and money should have read the reviews and focused on the negative ones first cause there is a bit of truth to them

It has no been well over 12 months since the Phillips sleep apnea machines have been recalled and I still don’t have a replacement. They can blame it on Phillips and the way Phillips has decided to distribute the replacements, but if they cared about their patients they could put pressure on Phillips to change it. I haven’t slept normally in OVER A YEAR

Looks for every opportunity to squeeze you for money however they can - no way to just speak with anyone unless you have the time to be on hold for 20+ minutes, customer service is rude and condescending and instantly becomes argumentative when you ask about clerical errors on their end. The most recent one was a collection driver going to my family home to collect a wheelchair, when the only address connected to it was the aged care facility my father is at. Even though my uncle spoke with the man at my family home, the call centre insists that didn't happen and the driver went to my dad's residence and was told the wheelchair wasn't there, even though it's folded up and ready for pickup in plain sight. Zero follow-up afterwards because they just want to squeeze another month's rent out of us. They're terrible, exploitative and an A+ example of a company that financially exploits families trying to help their loved ones.
