★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to them to deal with our home closing since they're located downtown near where we work, did not do their homework and almost overcharged us fees the first time until we pointed it out as it didn't add up. 4 months after closing they decide to send us a bill for a balance owing of $700...I believe we already overpaid as this type of work we were told usually is about $800-$1100. Would not recommend
