★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to buy a wallet as I have been eyeing looking for something to splurge.
The entire experience was awkward.
Theres no people skills with the people who work here.
The doors were locked, the lady who opened the door was like “can i help you?”
So i have to explain what im doing here? I can’t peruse your merchandise?
After explaining i wanna buy something. They asked if I knew what I wanted.
They wouldve stood there staring at me without saying a word if I didnt say anything.
The girl was cold, the guy was a little warmer as I probed with more questions.
Finally when I got to the cash register i literally could not wait to get out. It was just uncomfortable and not the most pleasant experience.
Just extremely pretentious individuals who could be a little more down to earth.
I mean i get you’re a luxury brand but RELAX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the MCM product and recently purchased a cross body bag from Dante, who could not have been more helpful. The other day I took a friend from out of town in to see the store and Dante again made our experience so enjoyable. My friend bought a beautiful bag and went home very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store with a friend who loves MCM a week ago. We had a pleasant experience. My friend made a purchase and I need some more time to think about my bag. Even though, I couldn't make up my mind but I was not pressured. Upon leaving, the staff offered sparkling water for us to take away. We both think this store has the best customer service and friendliest staff on Bloor street :)

My last two purchases this month were done via text and phone and the packages arrived at my place within 2 days. Very smooth, convenient transactions. Great customer service & high quality products. Looking forward to my next purchase already!

Staff are friendly and nonjudgmental, Dante went out of his way to assist my mother and I in finding exactly what we were looking for on both our visits. Both Dante and the manager Alan are both very nice people. I would recommend visiting here if you are looking for a quality product, and quality service!

I had a very pleasant experience. He’s very friendly and really amazing in customer service. He show me some cute bags and got one for my friend which she really liked!
