★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store last week for the first time because I've always been curious about the brand and wanted to know what vegan leather was all about, and all I can say is WOW!
Props to the store manager Gurjot because he was terrific right off the bat. Although he was helping another customer and doing some visual changes, he still told us about the promotions and was able to help the other customer and me at the same time. You hardly find a store manager with such a bright spirit and looks like he wants to be there—props to him for being a fantastic seller and his terrific team for having such a great store. I also loved the music, haha! I came into the store not expecting to buy anything, but I left the store with two beautiful bags and a wallet!
I highly suggest going to this location for amazing deals, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, a store that looks visually stunning and some throwback music!!
I will for sure be back, and I'll be telling all my friends about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Matt & Nat OVERALL not this particular location the staff tried their best to assist me with a company that is COMPLETELY FLAWED in their customer service department. I received a bag brand new tags attached for my baby shower. I simply wanted to exchange the bag for a backpack style that I can use because I have back problems. Not to mention the bad ARRIVED SCUFFED! The employees tried to assist me by calling another location-who promised to give me an exchange with no solution. The poor employees don’t even have an EMPLOYEE help line to assist with returns. This is absurd. I proceeded to email customer service as they suggested. Finally more than 24hrs later I was responded to with a customer service rep who was also NOT able to speak ON THE PHONE! We emailed back and forth all day trying to sort out the issue with no avail. I sent pictures of the brand new bag in packaging and still NO SOLUTION offered. I worked in retail for over 5 years and I have NEVER come across such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT A JOKE AND WASTE of my TIME! BUYER BEWARE Shop else where!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister received absolutely amazing customer service at this location. She had a wallet that the zipper had broken off of, and the manager was extremely helpful and found a piece that made it work again. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful.

Alan was very patient with my questions, as I had many doubts and price checks. They also allow dogs in the store! Fantastic shopping experience. I'll be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stated open until 9pm, but closed at 8pm 5 mins before we arrived having driven there just for that store. While the sales on sounded decent no item had a price on it, neither MSRP nor sale price so if you wanted to find out you had to ask the busy sales clerk who did a calculation on her calculator and told you the price so I still had no idea what the total savings were and if she did the maths right. Asked what colours she had the smaller miniature backpack and she said ‘We just have this one’ I found two more around the store but they were closing as I saw them. Maybe this is the outlet mall experience?
