★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy with my experience at Ports. Obviously it's more expensive than Banana Republic or something like that but you get what you pay for. I bought a blazer for $320 and a shirt for $150 so it wasn't that crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Ports for the first time since I really liked the clothing styles I saw in the window. I never heard of Ports before, but wanted to check it out. I was greeted kindly by the sales associates when I entered. I started to look at the dresses- beautiful, classy, in my size, wow! Lo and behold, when I checked the tags of some dresses I had to do a double take, "wait, $1200? what- $2000??". And these dresses were on sale- ouch, can you imagine what regular prices are!? This place is great for people who don't mind spending a couple grand on an outfit from a luxury brand. For those of us who spill food on our clothing on a regular basis, stay away! Maybe when I'm a millionaire.... However, I must say the clothing and staff are nice, so if this place is in your budget then you might enjoy it.

Their store manager needs to be better trained. There's a chinese girl who's very good at customer service. She should get a raise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cute sweater caught my eyes on display and decided to walk in to check it out. Went inside saw 4 staff there but no one greets you. Staff are busy having their mandarin conversation, try to ask them where's that cute sweater was, got an answer "There!" but go look for it yourself as they continue their mandarin conversation. If the store doesn't welcome customers they should've just close it until they are ready. How disappointing!
