★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience! I walked into the store and browsed for a few minutes. I saw an employee doing her makeup behind the counter and she then walked towards me and asked if I needed help. After I said I didn’t need help, she introduced me towards the clearance and pre owned section of the store. I feel discriminated as I didn’t wear expensive clothes! Will definitely not be buying any jewelry from this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand the pandemic has created difficulties for the retail industry but my experience in this shop was a nightmare. It started well when we purchased our wedding bands and they offered great deals and great customer service. Unfortunately, when i went back to pick up the band one was sized wrong due to mistake on their part. I told them I will come back in 2 weeks on the 1st as it is the day we are flying to our wedding. A week before we called to make sure the ring will be there and the seller told us the ring was there. The day I fly to my wedding I stop at the shop and the ring is not there. They were completely clueless and had no idea what they were doing or where was the ring. They ended up giving me a different ring at the (supposedly) correct size. The whole thing was ridiculous and stressful before flying and before an important event. I clearly don’t recommend this shop or this brand even for the good deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my family to browse and potentially purchase a gift for my mother-in-law. A middle-aged sales lady started helping us, she was not friendly but I was fine with it at that point. We looked at a few necklaces but my husband wanted to keep looking elsewhere and potentially come back if we decided to go with the one we liked the most at the store. While browsing further, we liked a pair of ruby earrings and decided to purchase them. This was when it started to go downhill very fast. The extremely rude sales lady started to pressure sell me the gold necklace saying that the 15% off coupon can only be used once. I politely said that's okay, we still want to keep looking but I still want to purchase the earrings. Then she must have repeated and asked it at least three more times and I kept politely declining her offer. I can tell she was getting really upset because she couldn't pressure sell me. It was so obvious with her body language and tone of voice. As she was doing the payment transaction, the key pad lit up and I asked her nicely, "Can I tap my card now?", that was when she blew up and yelled at me in a very rude and condescending tone "DON'T. YOU. RUSH. ME!!!" her eyes looked like she was ready to kill me, but I kept silent and just in complete shock. I was unfortunately speechless and in disbelief that she treated a paying customer that way. I've been a loyal Peoples and Zales customer for over 20 years and this was the very first time I've experienced horrible service. I'm hoping that this lady gets proper coaching because she definitely does not belong in a customer service job. There is no excuse for this type of behavior.
