★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in with my friend and was rudely approached immediately when we entered a asian lady yelled at us to sanitize our hands and stared at our hands to make sure there was hand sanitizer on them... we were already going too I don’t know why she had to scream at us right when we entered. She also was rude to her staff and did not follow distancing she would come up close to you and just yell NO MORE SIZES instead of suggesting a different style or colour she just yells constantly. So hectic in the store you’ll see her run around and throw boxes around with no patience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vert suprise about their service.I came here almost biweekly whenever I feel it so bad. No service at all. There are chinese girls and women working and no helping out for finding the shoe box. And they just look at customer as a suspicious theif.
Boung ugg there but really regret. Service bad and price is not outlet,at all.
Even I asked for double bag because it is too rainy outside and they refused hahaha. Just give a slight paper to me.
Unbelievably bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the sales associate yelled at me. I don't know if that was just the way she spoke. She also ordered me to show the shoes that i want to exchange. They are very rude and I hope their customer service will get better in the future. Their products are good and also the prices are a steal but the attitudes of the sales associate, even the manager are not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the other reviewer said, they just look at customer as a suspicious thief. I came for a return with my friend and they wouldn’t let us out because we were wearing UGGs and they thought we stole it from there and they were pointing at our shoes and speaking in their language (not sure but maybe Mandarin). Everyone was staring at us it was so humiliating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store manager Alice is impossibly rude as I couldn't believe. I was over charged by $30, and she was teaching the cashier how to do the refund with great anger. She was extremely impatient and yelling at the cashier in front all the customers. When I asked if the refunded amount was tax included or not, the store manager stared and rolled her eyes on me and phewed on me. but did not say anything to answer my question. After the transaction was done, only the cashier cared to explain to me how was everything. Very bad experience, I hope UGG will take this seriously.
