★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a long time client and last night around 4:30pm went there for shopping and told the staff at the door I had a nose surgery can’t wear mask can I go in? He said yes it’s ok then other lady ask me to wear mask inside I explain myself again… another one 2 min later ask me the same thing so I was asking for a pair of shoes the staff wasn’t helpful at all so I was trying it on since an senior asian lady (I believe was the manager) came to me very rudely ask me if you can’t wear mask leave and order online. So anyways I bought the shoes but her behavior was below the average. I’m not against masks and I know the rules for inside bc at the moment so no reason for this behavior after you know the situation. I want to Escalade this to the supervisor if you reply with an email I will reach out

The website shows a further 15% off, but Vivian (one of the store manager's) refused to accept it. I then called Susan from McArthur Glen Outlet Mall and she confirmed it is valid! Terrible! I have taken a photo to share with management, but the general public can find it on the McArthur Glen website directly (check offers under Coach). So sad, no one even bothered to call or get in touch ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today afternoon, I was looking around some bag at this store. And suddenly one staff came to me and start to speak Chinese to me. I was like "What???" It was huuuge disrespectful moment and I felt it's kinda racism. I'm not Chinese. Do you think all Asian are Chinese??? Don't they need to ask to customer are they Chinese or not first before speak in Chinese?? If I was at China or some Chinese store, I do understand even if they speak Chinese to me. But here is Vancouver and it was just normal Coach store. Please train your staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful staff and polite. I like that they gave every customer an umbrella bag in a rainy day which shows some effort in their part of caring for the customer. The store can get busy but they are adequately staffed to handle the volume which is nice to see. A good location to look for deals due to their discounted prices and its located conveniently near the airport for travelers.
