★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On May 29 (Sat) between 10:15-10:30AM, I was at this store to check on latest deals on men shoes hoping to get my 8th pair of CH in a span of 3 years. My wife who was with me, chanced upon a pair of nice sunglasses on sale and asked the store personnel (who looks like Indian) if he can "sanitize" the item before she tries it (hey, the pandemic is still with us). Instead of complying, the guy refused and coldly told my wife the sunglasses are already "clean". Wow, that's just a simple and reasonable customer request and we got flatly rejected. CH store personnel are generally very accommodating but on that day, that store guy was plainly having a bad day. We just thank the guy and left the store immediately. This type of "unfriendly" behavior is bad for the business and CH management should train this guy on how to treat customers. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with a defective pair of shoes and I was supported in a terrific way by Nick, the store manager. Not only he is a very genuine person and very easy to talk with but he showed some great customer service skills managing the issue I had with my purchase and resolving the problem even after weeks I experienced it.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality shoes but even better customer service. Way to go Nick, thank you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate shoe-shopping. Especially for dress shoes. But this is a lovely store. Well set up and not intimidating for us novice shoe shoppers. And the shoes look great and are surprisingly comfortable. Pics are of two of the more casual shoes they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the store last Sat but lots of customers and no space to sit down and try the shoes I picked. Went to the store today (Fri), it's raining so a lot less customers and I tried a couple of clearance shoes, bought one pair of sneakers for $79.99. Sales associate (did not ask his name) #501321 was very nice, helped me to find the size of shoes I want to try. He only checked with me once and will not keep asking do I need any other size etc. When we paid for the sneakers, sales associate offered signed up e-mail and get 10% discount extra. We bought two pairs of sneakers. When Sales associate finished the transaction, he goes around the cash register and hand us the shopping bag. Normally, the sales associate would only hand you the shopping bag on their registry. We do not see the professional, friendly and efficient customer services much now. The store is not big, not many selection but good merchandise display for both men and women; their product quality are good and price is very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the outlet last week to do some Christmas shopping, went to Cole Haan and got a couple of pairs that had an additional 20% off, great deal. Was helped by Jenny who was very attentive and got my sizes. It's a smaller store but they really take care of their customers, will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for a pair of shoes to give my brother for Christmas. I was immediately greeted by a wonderful sales associate ms. Jenny. She was so warm and welcoming while I shopped there. Jenny asked what I was looking for and how she could help find me what I needed. I told her some type of boot for my brother and she managed to find me the most practical winter Boot for my brother.. I think the zerogrand water proof style. I couldn't be happier with my choice and same for my brother as he loved them!! Thanks for helping me Jenny you're a star ?♥️
