★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mind for the in soles. Check your shoes carefully before you buy it. I bought it without the in soles for both of them. Maybe I wasnt realized once I bought it, till I realized something weird on my feet. I got home and yep no soles for both of my shoes. However, I returned it and changed it the day after. It solved.

Ordered women's shoes online that only had a few left in stock before work but didn't see my confirmation email till after work. The site gave me Men's shoes (different brand and color). Called customer service as they hadn't processed or even shipped a different order from the day before yet.
Was told they couldn't swap/modify/cancel/email anyone to fix this since I didn't call 15 mins after receiving my confirmation email!
They took no responsibility and this was a supervisor!! The shoes I wanted were no long available of course and she made it out like this was my error.
Only option I had was wait and return them to the store (which we don't even have in my town) or mail them back.
Now they will get both of the orders back once they get delivered and lost a future customer.
