R	Ruby Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry for my cousin's behavior. I understand that not all of their policies are in the provincial guidelines. However, it's a private business. They can set up whatever conditions for entry they need to in order to try to provide as safe a playing environment as is possible. During these times when they wanted to reopen to continue doing business they had to apply to the City with their plan of action in order to reopen. And the conditions my cousin found so objectionable (writing name, numbers, and pausing for a touch less temperature check) are what the business promised the city they'd do in order to be able to remain open. If they don't follow their promises, they don't get to stay in business. Everyone who wants to play is welcome, they just have to be well and follow the guidelines of the establishment. The Province also doesn't have guidelines for wearing pants to eat in a restaurant. But doesn't mean someone showing up to eat in nothing but their underwear has a right to throw a fit.

Great court condition, clean washroom, and good customer service, especially when you are a regular customer to them. I found that they are really strict with covid policies. They do temperature check for every player right before you go inside, and only accept limited number of person per court. They will ask you to leave if you fail to fulfill their requirement with a good manner. So, there is no reason for us to be overly afraid of the virus while playing, as long as you obey their house policies. I've been a regular more than 1 year now, and will always be.

They have implemented safety guidelines and protocols for customers to feel safe entering the facility and I highly appreciate that. In my opinion, if people refuse to follow sign in procedures and temperature checks, then why do they even bother showing up and making a fuss? Some people just have some growing up to do imo, but I just wanted to leave this review to tell the staff at Drive they’re doing an impeccable job.

Wood floor under Badminton court mats. Well kept and great customer service. Small area to shop for racquet and shoes with stringing service available at reasonable prices. Clean change rooms and shower stalls. Slightly lower ceiling height so watch out for hitting the beams if you are a high hitter. Waiting area space. Heating and A/C available so the environment is always comfortable. There are now marked parking. Just be aware of the car wash lineups sometimes when the weather is good. Night time, outside parking area is well lit.

J	Joe Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good floors, set up the right way for badminton. Some courts are only good for warm ups as the lighting and presence of a sheer wall prevents all out play. Covid safety practices adhere to. I have my racquets strung here and they are strung the right pressure.

My husband and I were just looking for birdies and a quick way to fix my racket's oxidizing grip. The guys up front went above and beyond with making us feel welcome, recommendations, and even helping us with re-gripping. Such seemingly minor actions but so worth writing a review - these are the little things that can matter so much when you're in a big city. I really, really look forward to playing at the DBC on my next trips!
