★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store, the best I have visited in 2 years of my stay in Canada. All praise to the sellers, led by manager Caroline who is ready to help the customer in any way and facilitate his purchase. Don't miss the pleasure of shopping in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in there helping a friend pick put a shirt he wanted to buy. A track suit cought my eye. Asked one employee if I can try it out. While in a changing room was approached by the Caucasian or iranion woman and told to hurry it up as she stayed someone else was using the room.
I stated someone had given me authorization to use the room. Rudly she said that cant be. I changed back again and left the track suit on the table next to the changing room. The woman followed me and said she was going to call security on me and apperently she stated she didn't want my business in front of staff and other patrons.
So I left. Wow! Great staff locoste. Was my forst visit to one of your stores and customer treatment was awesome!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16th Apr 2022 Saturday 6-630pm. Busy day. Long line up. My friend and I got in the line and waited for 15 minutes. The entrance staff waved at the group of customers just in front of us and walked away. They went in. My friend and I stood there, confused whether we could also get in. We peeked in the shop, tried to enter and looked for someone to ask. The entrance staff who walked away from the entrance earlier yelled at us “there’s a line up” as if we skipped the line. She’s supposed to give the people in the line up instructions before she walked away, instead of yelling at and judging other people like that. Was ready at first to spend a lot at this place, like we did in the shops next door like Emporio Armani and Michael Kors where the services were amazing. Instead of saying Lacoste at this location just lost themselves valuable customers, I’d say my friend and I just lost an originally nice place to shop at because of the treatment we received even before we entered their door.
Zero star would be given if an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went back after a couple of months, and the lady whom I believe is the manager (short lady with short hair) was being extremely rude to the workers.
The last time I visited it was the same but I decided not to leave a review as I thought that maybe she had a bad day, however, today I noticed it is just her attitude. Treating people with disrespect and humiliating and scolding them in front of customers is unacceptable. You should be truly concerned of the store and the brand image. This lady needs to calm down and learn to treat people with respect. Workplace bullying is so clear in this place. Other than that, the store is good, but I can't stand shopping in a toxic environment.
