one of my favor shop, go there once in awhile to check out the sale. Most of the staffs are very nice and helpful, but just got there around Feb or Mar 2019, one of the staff just keep looked at me to every where I walked in the store (even I told him I would like to browsing around and no need help first) he still looking at me and would try to come over when I touched every single item, he just jumped to me and said to look for my size; come on, as a customer, I would like to have some of my own time to look around first, I would ask for help when I need it. not sure how the store manager train this staff before; for me; this is not a good customer service (maybe for others is good); otherwise I like to go there to shop and try to look the time when that special staff is not around.

Extremely rude staff (the bald man in particular). They carry very beautiful clothes but I don’t support businesses that don’t put proper customer service first. I would avoid this establishment.

I have been there once and perhaps never will come back although I love the brand. The sellers attitude, their approach and all and all were wrong. They chase you in the store, make you so uncomfortable, push the sales only and no show of respect to you as a client.

Nice clothing and purses but very 1 very rude staff member at this location. My friend loves this store but told me she hates to go when one particularly overbearing salesman is working. I said that if we held a conversation that perhaps he wouldn't be in our space too much. I was mentally preparing for the task at hand but I had no idea what I was in for. We walked in and the two sales staff said a few thing. I responded with "we will let you know when we have questions" as if to say thanks but no thanks. I figured I would start with that to set the scene. Apparently my mask kept falling down but I didn't notice. The clerk asks me to pull it up above my nose so I do. Then out of nowhere he comes over, guns blazing and very angrily says "put your mask above your nose, I've already asked you once" he continues on to lecture me about the pandemic as if I was unaware that the Rona has been dictating our lives for over a year. I tell him I have another mask that I can switch to. That does not stop him from berating me. I switch it, very carefully as not to let my nose show (as if I've shown too much ankle in a religious country or something), while he continues. I tell him that there is no need for him to continue as the problem has been solved but Yeesh. I would never go back there. All for keeping the peace and ensuring people abide by the rules but I wasn't pulling my mask down on purpose. Clearly it's just gotten a bit stretched from I dunno I guess a year of washes and wears? I assume there is something going on in his life that he chose to take out on me which is very odd for someone in retail. Hope he sorts through his anger and stops lecturing customers.

Smallest boutique I've been to of Desigual. The guy working there its really something else...does very inappropriate things to customers.My friend from Venezuela felt very uncomfortable that he touched her shoulder and back and said to her ear - venezuelan women are the most beautiful women in the world. He also went to the fitting room and said -oh lala as a "review" on the fit, to another lady/woman that was trying some clothes on...nobody asked him, he just did. Not returning, will order online since I love this brand from many years ago.

This is one of the coolest clothing brands out there, and I was so excited when it first opened. Unfortunately, the staff (in particular the bald guy - yeah, you know who you are) is so incredibly rude and pushy, tarnishing any positive experience one could have. You can't browse or touch anything without him in your face, telling you about the daily deals, trying to up sell before you've even had a chance to decide what you like. Today he was so rude to a friend of mine because her mask came down below her nose; we take Covid very seriously, so it obviously wasn't on purpose, yet he scolded her, talked down to her and I didn't hear a please or thank you... don't think kind words are in his arsenal. Avoiding this man is the best advice I can give.

Extremely bad customer service, owner refused to exchange our return on flimsy excuse and spoke in very poor tone and shouted. Nothing against desigual but you’ll find other places with better customer service. The bald guy is ridiculous

Favourite clothing store a bit pricy but I love their designs colors and quality and the people working at the store were amazing
