★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your newest store policy has really upset some customers & created unnecessary tension between your employees and customers at the counter. My wife was trying to pay for 6 T-shirts, yet she was told by one employee that she can't purchase more than 5, because a little sign at counter says so.
It was not a great shopping experience and we likely won't come back.

The store team here is very friendly. They go above and beyond if you ask them a question. Store was clean. There was a large variety of items, however not many in each size. They had very good discounts however discounted at register meant doing some extra math. The staff was very concerned when I had asked for a bandaid, and went the extra mile to make sure that I had sufficient medical supplies.
Overall rating 5/5.

I called several times to ask questions and they did an amazing job locating the product that I was looking for, especially at an outlet store where products seem harder to locate. I feel like it’s not everyday you come by customer service like this. I was very impressed by their professionalism & patience with me.
