 Ready to buy shoes. I was persuaded by the white nail polish clerk's attitude. As soon as I walked in the door, I just ignored them and asked what would you like to buy. Ask about the shoes. Point to the shoes and let us get them by ourselves? exo me? You are a clerk and I am a clerk? Service attitude is too scary

โ โ โ โ โ The staff members are very rude I went there on a Monday evening and there was still 40 mins left before closing the store as soon as we entered one Asian girl said the store is closed and we asked her again that there is still 30 mins left she said no itโs time to close we have to clean the store so that was quite unprofessional as I myself work at an outlet store and you cannot stop a customer from coming into store. I hope this reaches to the management team and they can train the employees to improve their service

โ โ โ โ โ Traveled three hours on road to pick up a pair of boots after checking with the clerk with the size and availability. The clerk clearly told me still there are two pairs left. Upon arrival they told me it's gone and sold to other customers. Their computer system were not updated. And so on ..Excuse one after another..So diappointing and wasting of time. It's clear that they don't care about their customers. I am a long time customers. After all this won't go back.
