I just check my receipt so i found that he didnt discount for me (as reciept his name is CK)
I bought 3 body care product it means i will get 30% off
But i paid full price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location shopping and getting my body routine care products as a loyalty consumer today.
The customer service was really bad that they barely help me and impatience. Some items have cheaper price, but it is clearly that some are not really cheaper than the other locations. Seriously, if you are getting the same prices of items just don't go to this location because L'occitane always has a wonderful customer service beside this location. They have super poor and rude attitude for the customer who is actually paying over 100 for their product in this location.

Some items checkout more expensive. I also noticed retail prices are marked up on the shelves vs. on the product tag.
Sales associate looked caught off guard when I asked about the price of the gift set he rang up ($33 actual total vs $46 due to his "failure to manually override the pricing of a gift set") and his attitude immediately took a negative turn.

They say the life is 3 years for unopened products but things in the store might already be waiting for more than 2 years. Make sure to check the batch codes on the product box as they might be hiding this information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy their hand creams. On and off I've gotten a rash on my hands. I finally figured out that it's their hand creams. They're terrible and drying! They don't even smell good. Body shop is way better and actually moisturizing. I'd give 0 stars if I could :(.
