★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the product and the service. Availability in sizes and colours is not the greatest in the visited outlet location. Would recommend the store as it’s easy to find free parking and it’s not very crowded. Store is nicely merchandised and clean. Going back there soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection. Every trip to the outlet means a visit to the Ted Baker. Tonight's trip, however, the service was lacking. Employee at the front had his back turned towards the entrance so I stood at the door and waited as per the sign especially during Covid times. A customer walked past me and entered and the employee let him in, I had to ask if I can enter immediately after the customer barged in as he still didn't acknowledge me. I've worked retail before: don't turn your back on the entrance if you want the place to feel welcoming. And especially if you're watching the door and capacity during the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated review 02/22/22: The sleeveless top I purchased started fraying immediately after second wash because the stitching unraveled. In summary, excellent customer service but poor product quality. Unlikely to return.

Original review: Considerable discounts, but most goods are still steeply priced. Sales associate took the time to answer my questions and provide all the sizes and styles I needed before making my purchase. I can't speak to the quality just yet as I have only worn it once, but it looks and feels good so far.
