★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to take the plunge and go Black Friday shopping. Was dreading the long line ups and figured that everyone would be stressed and tired. I was pleasantly surprised when, not only the line up moved quickly but I was greeted at the door by a very polite, relaxed and informative sales person who also happened to be the store manager, Gavin. Given the crowds I had expected 'get it yourself' attention. I was beyond impressed with Gavin's patience, product knowledge and service. In a world of self serve it was amazing to have someone who not only knew what he was talking about but cared about the customer he was dealing with. Walked out very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if staffs is aware of mall rules, had a strange encounter with sale reps, yet i couldn't file a complaint on line. It's difficult to do. Tried to communicate with them about it, but was just given diff numbers to call, which I did, same result. Staff tries to sell you cheap glasses that on sale, actually push you towards this, didn't like the high pressure sales technique. Will not shop here again

We went there to buy some sunglasses for us, and our kids. They were very rude. The customer service were zero. After we bought the glasses to our kids. My friend and I were looking to find what we are looking for. They got so mad because my son went outside and come inside. They were yelling and screaming that we are ruining their business. I felt really bad my friend left the stuff that she was about to buy and I wished to return what we just bought. I never saw more disrespect in my life like this place.
